GOVERNANCE OF REGNUM CHRISTI IN THE NORTH AMERICAN TERRITORY
Regnum Christi is directed by a collegial government through the Territorial Directive College, which is formed by the Territorial Directors of the Legionaries of Christ and the Consecrated Women of Regnum Christi, their vicar and first councilor, and two lay members. At the local level, the government of Regnum Christi can be a Regnum Christi Director, or a college.
Territorial Directive College
On September 15, 2019, the Statutes of the Regnum Christi Federation, the General Regulations and the Rule of Life for lay members came into effect after being approved by the Holy See. They establish a collegial government for Regnum Christi through a Directive College made up of the directors of the Legionaries of Christ, the Consecrated Women, and the Lay Consecrated of Regnum Christi, as well as a number of lay members.

The Mission Support Team is the work team responsible for implementing the strategies and plans of the Territorial Directive College. The Mission Support Team is committed to working closely with localities and apostolates to provide the guidance, service, and support most needed to move the mission of Regnum Christi forward. Regnum Christi Local Directors
The life of Regnum Christi in the localities is directed by a local director or a with their council, or by a college.
The Local Director or Local Directive College directs the activity of Regnum Christi in the locality, accompanies the life and mission of the sections, engages with community superiors and directors, section directors, institutions, and apostolic programs in the preparation and execution of the evangelization plan for the locality. Gobierno de las vocaciones consagradas
Por su parte, cada una de las vocaciones consagradas del Regnum Christi –Consagradas, Laicos Consagrados, y Legionarios de Cristo- tiene sus órganos para el gobierno autónomo, tanto a nivel general como territorial, conforme a su derecho propio.
La vida de los laicos en el Regnum Christi se organiza desde el gobierno del conjunto del Regnum Christi, en el que participan a través del Colegio Directivo y de la Plenaria, así como en los espacios de organización y decisiones en la localidad y la sección.
